The sole of the boots is made from MAXWEAR WEDGE, a slip-resistant outsole that flexes better than other work boot outsoles, providing excellent impact absorption and protection for your feet and ankles even when working on challenging surfaces. It excels in maintaining stability on flat, wet, oily, and loose gravel surfaces. Additionally, it has a longer lifespan compared to blown rubber outsoles. The product meets the slip-resistance standards of ASTM F3445-21, as well as the electrical hazard safety standards of ASTM F2413-18 or ASTM F2892-18. The outer material of the boots is made from durable oil-tanned full-grain leather, characterized by Thorogood's moc toe design and a non-safety toe. They are available in tobacco brown (814-4200), Trail Crazyhorse brown (814-4203), black with ivory sole (814-6201), and black with black sole (814-6206). The MAXWEAR WEDGE traction outsole, utilized in these boots, offers superior flexibility, impact absorption, and protection on difficult surfaces, ensuring stability even on loose gravel, wet, and oily surfaces.
